Structure and Reporting Procedures

There are regular reporting systems through which situation reports and updates from the field/premises are sent up to the supervisors and then to the central office.
Feedback and command systems also filter down to the last man at duty post in a regular interval.

With GIS/GPS technology at our disposal, every property is geocoded and mapped in our central system to facilitate easy deployment and management of guard.
The GIS/GPS technology also facilitates rapid response in case of emergency and promotes efficient monitoring and surveillance.

This service allows clients to type an address and receive a map with the geocoded result; this will enable clients to rapidly access help from LandMark officers closest to them in distress times.

LandMark security guards are well equipped with the requisite logistics, communication equipments, motivated, well trained, and work within a well defined and accepted standard operating procedure that meets international standards.

Response Planning

In the event of a security violation, the guard on duty will contact his immediate supervisor, the supervisor then scales up to the appropriate national body depending on the magnitude of the breach.
The supervisor has a 30 minutes response policy during office hours and a 45minutes response policy at all other times to deal with serious incidents.

In addition, the guard monitors or patrols the premises regularly to make sure that no breaches have occurred.

Employees at all times exhibit a high standard of professionalism in the execution of their duties and have an essential responsibility to protect by safeguarding rights and freedoms and protecting property.
